BEFORE – This traditional brick home offers up a spacious 3 car garage but our homeowner wanted to add more interest and dimension to the façade, plus protection for his wood garage doors.

AFTER – A 30’ x 3’ hip roof portico was designed and constructed over the garage doors. The aged bronze, standing seam metal roof is supported by 4 x 4 cedar load-bearing brackets. The ceiling is a flat bead board with crown trim. Three LED recessed lights were installed to replace the old exterior lights. The homeowner is very pleased with the finished garage portico — proving to be a handsome addition to the residence.
